When Phoebe’s not testing the limits of her spice tolerance, she’s reading up on sustainability and impact measuring. She has a knack for evaluating situations holistically and quickly grasping critical details. Her approach to the world has always been maximizing life to the fullest, whether it’s connecting with others, shark diving, or reading every single inscription at museums. She’s passionate about Future 500’s theories of change and loves the analytical steps and strategies to achieve a greater sustainable future.
Prior to joining Future 500, Phoebe evaluated M&A due diligence and supported acquisitions. She wants to apply financial learnings and corporate know-how to developing sustainability and new waves of economic thought. She has worked on grant writing and research projects to make Houston a hydrogen hub and strategized growth for a sustainable agriculture NGO. Her work experience has sprung across China, Israel, and the U.S.. Phoebe is comfortable at small-scale startups and international NGOs alike, and believes in the power of communicating your story to promulgate learning and collaboration. She’s excited to apply a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit towards imminent issues that affect every individual.
Phoebe completed her undergraduate degree in International Affairs at the George Washington University, where she saw the polarization of climate issues. Wanting to overcome derisiveness in favor of collaboration, she is a strong believer in speaking and listening to all sides to formulate a best path forward.
Phoebe is happiest hiking in the PNW, exploring new cuisines, or partaking in “egregiously rambunctious” karaoke sessions with her family.
