Future 500's Corporate Accountability Practice (CAP) Survey measures stakeholder's perceptions of the social responsibility performance of a company or industry.
Survey Objective: The survey is designed to measure and provide the following:
To rank companies according to stakeholder perceptions about their Triple Bottom Line assets (positive perceptions), liabilities (negative perceptions) and overall balance (assets less liabilities)
To compare perceptions about a company’s performance, with its actual performance (as measured by the Global Citizenship 360).

The CAP Survey can be performed independently but is also designed to complement Future 500's CAP Gap Audit and stakeholder mapping and engagement services. For example, when a company employs the CAP Gap Audit, it measures its performance in relation to third-party standards in five corporate accountability stakeholder categories:
